05 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you publish through Prism. Message content is never stored — it is processed in memory at publish time and immediately discarded.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By adding Prism to your Discord server, accessing the Prism Dashboard at prism.officialchaos.com, or using any part of the Prism service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are using Prism on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
02 The Service
Prism is a hosted SaaS Discord bot that enables users to publish Discord messages to connected social media platforms. The service includes:
- The Prism Discord bot and its context menu / slash command interface
- The Prism Control Center web dashboard
- AI-assisted content rewriting powered by third-party language model APIs
- OAuth token management and encrypted credential storage
03 Accounts & Access
Access is authenticated via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your Discord identity within Prism. Notify us of unauthorized use at legal@prism.officialchaos.com.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Prism to publish content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory or abusive, contains spam or malware, or violates the Terms of Service of any connected platform.
You also agree not to reverse-engineer Prism, abuse its API with automated tools, or resell access without written permission.
06 Third-Party Platforms
Your use of connected platforms (Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, etc.) is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, API changes, or content moderation decisions.
07 Payment & Subscription Tiers
- Starter: Free — 5 platforms, 20 AI transforms/day, 30 posts/day
- Pro: $12/month — all platforms, unlimited AI, 200 posts/day
- Team: $39/month — multi-server, unlimited everything
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from the Dashboard. No refunds for partial months except where required by law.
08 Termination
You may stop using Prism at any time by removing the bot and revoking OAuth access. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or your use poses a legal or security risk.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
09 Disclaimers
The Prism service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
